Requirements

Proven experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) configuration and processing

Integration with FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management)

Exposure to S/4HANA environments

Understanding of sales, logistics, and finance processes

Ability to manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle

Experience with order management, billing, and invoicing

Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure SAP SD and integrated modules (FI/MM) to optimize sales order processing, pricing, and shipping.

Ensure SAP system setup supports smooth end-to-end O2C processes.

Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders, including:

• Customer inquiry
• Quotation (VA21)
• Sales order creation (VA01)
• Delivery processing
• Billing and invoicing

Identify opportunities for automation and workflow efficiency enhancements.

Reduce Order-to-Cash cycle time.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve issues related to billing, shipping, and orders.

Provide support to end-users and ensure regulatory compliance in transactions.

Work with sales, logistics, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Support cross-functional communication for smooth process execution.
