Technical Skills:

• • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Expert skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, Power BI data visualization, and financial modeling.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights clearly to senior management.
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive, strategic mindset.
  • Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) preferred.

• Drive process improvements in planning, forecasting, and reporting (automation, ERP/EPM tools, dashboards).
• Ensure data integrity and controls across financial planning systems and workflows.

• Demonstrates thorough understanding and application of advanced financial analysis techniques
• Possesses deep understanding of commercial activity, organisational dynamics and the how to leverage the drivers of value
• Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills, problem solving skills with proven ability to simplify complicated matters
• Experience of working within a matrix organization and driving improvements in organizations going through substantial change
• Able to build collaborative and effective working relationships across finance and non-financial teams
