Core / Must-Have Skills:
Strong programming expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with Azure AI/OpenAI services
Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts
Familiarity with at least one NLP framework (spaCy, Hugging Face, or LangChain)
Experience in API integration and cloud deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have skills
Experience with Machine Learning techniques (classification, clustering, embeddings)
Prompt engineering and AI agent workflow design
Knowledge of QA automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, PyTest)
Understanding of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Exposure to advanced AI concepts like RAG and MCP
Familiarity with AI-driven test automation and autonomous QA frameworks
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
