Roles and Responsibility :

• Own the development and enhancement of Intellij, PyCharm and VS Code plugins for AI-powered code assistance.
• Develop VS Code extensions using TypeScript to provide seamless AI-assisted development workflows.
• Work with JetBrains' Program Structure Interface (PSI) to enable deep IDE integrations.
• Implement AI-driven code completion, test case generation, and intelligent refactoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize plugin performance through hands-on experimentation and iterative improvements.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for IntelliJ-based plugin development

Must-Have-

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript for developing VS Code extensions  
• Strong debugging skills and experience working with IDE extensions or custom tooling
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD, and IDE workflows  
• Experience with JetBrains' Program Structure Interface (PSI) for deep IDE integrations  
• Understanding of AI/ML-powered developer tools (e.g., AI-driven code completion, automated test generation)

• Ability to troubleshoot plugin performance issues and work with limited documentation to develop solutions
