Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PM/CS implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and seamless integration with existing systems.

• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.

• Conduct requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution design, prototyping, and system configuration.

• Drive data migration, testing cycles, defect resolution, and system validation activities.

• Provide hands-on functional expertise in SAP PM/CS modules, leveraging industry best practices.

• Support end users through training, documentation, and post-go-live assistance to ensure solution adoption and success.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of overall SAP experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on SAP PM/CS implementation experience.

• Strong understanding of SAP PM/CS business processes and configuration.

• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
