Role Description 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for a variety of Infrastructure technologies. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and ensure efficient and effective support operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft, Linux, Virtualization, and backup technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer, Service Providers, and other teams to maintain a stable and smooth infrastructure operations.
• Oversee daily support activities, including issue resolution, escalation procedures, and knowledge base management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure team.

Experience, Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• More than 4 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and their application to service management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Experience in digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience with setting up and using Application Monitoring tools (Prometheus Stack, Dynatrace, Datadog, ...) is a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is required.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) a plus.
• Strong experience in OS Administration (Linux or Windows).
• Experience in complex Microsoft Infrastructure (Especially Active Directory, ADFS, and CA) is a must.
• Experience with Database technologies is preferred.
