Role Description

MS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Dynamics Team Leader/Architect is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals who specialize in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software. This role combines leadership skills with technical expertise in CRM systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Core Responsibilities 

 

Leadership
•    Provide direction and motivation to your CRM Dynamics team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
•    Delegate tasks and projects effectively, ensuring clear communication and ownership
•    Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for your team members

 

Strategy and Planning
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to define CRM strategies that align with business objectives and goals
•    Develop project plans and timelines for CRM implementations and customizations
•    Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to CRM

 

Implementation and Customization
•    Oversee the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the organization's specific needs
•    Work with developers and business analysts to ensure the system is configured to optimize workflows and user experience
•    Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth transition to the new CRM system

 

Additional Responsibilities
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
•    Manage user permissions and security within the CRM system
•    Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the CRM system
•    Stay informed about new features and updates to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

 

Experience & Qualification
•    Proven experience as a team leader or project manager
•    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or previous versions)
•    Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
•    Experience with business process automation
•    Experience with data migration and integration
•    Experience with SQL queries and reporting tools
