Role Overview:
Lead security operations in Bengaluru, ensuring timely threat detection and SLA compliance while bridging technical execution with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Detect and notify threats promptly within customer environments.
Manage team deliverables and scope against SLAs.
Collaborate on infrastructure health and device integration.
Align security procedures with industry best practices.
Required Skills/Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Engineering.
4+ years total experience (2+ in SOC, 1+ in team management, 2+ client-facing).
Strong SIEM/SOC operational knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: CCNA or CEH certification.
