We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tooling Engineer specializing in SAP Secure installation and Auto remediation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing automation technology to ensure the efficient and timely closure of open findings related to SAP measure plans. The role involves working on both newly setup systems and existing systems in full operation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement full OCR check capacity for all currently relevant SAP-related measure plans.
- Ensure the accurate and comprehensive examination of SAP systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Enhance automation technology for closing open findings with a higher degree of automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated solutions.
- Streamline delivery efforts by reducing manual intervention in the closure of findings.
- Develop and implement automation solutions for newly setup SAP systems.
- Extend automation capabilities to already existing SAP systems in full operation.
- Utilize Perl programming skills (3 years+) for effective automation.
- Apply Unix shell programming expertise (3 years+) in developing efficient scripts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office skills to facilitate documentation and reporting.
Applicants with the following skills will be at an advantage:
- Possess Powershell Windows know-how (optional) for additional automation capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP Basis (optional) to support system-specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Perl programming (3 years+) and Unix shell programming (3 years+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Applicants with the following skills: will be at an advantage:
- Knowledge of Powershell Windows and SAP Basis.
