Software Developer (.NET / Angular)

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer (.NET / Angular) to join a long-term international project supporting a mission-critical enterprise platform used by a European public sector organization. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, working on the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex business applications supporting operational, HR, financial, and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and implement change requests
• Participate in solution design and effort estimation
• Create and execute unit and integration tests
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Provide 3rd line support
• Design and develop Data, Business Logic, and UI layers
• Prepare technical documentation
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• English level B2+
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC

Must Have

• Microsoft SQL Server
• REST APIs
• PowerShell
• UML
• Enterprise application development
• Application troubleshooting and support

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR, Financial Management, Asset Management, ERP, or Workforce Management systems

• Experience in public sector or international organizations
• Software development certification
