ServiceNow Developer with German

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer with technical experience who want to use tower-wide innovative solutions and services tailored to their needs.

The responsibilities on ServiceNow Developer position include the following (but are not limited to):

• Design and Development of standard and customized ITSM application implementations. These include: ServiceNow configuration, development and coding
• Planning and implementation of changes according to a defined change process
• Supporting Customers in German and English
• Controlling of Atos internal communication in the context of cross-service requirements e.g. in the context of incident, problem, change and request management
• Willingness to take call and special operations at night and on weekends is required

Required Skills and Experience:

• German language: min B2 or higher
• English language: min B2 or higher
• 2 years of IT Engineering / Administration experience
• Sophisticated database administration skills for e.g. SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle
• Knowledge of operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix
• Programming experience e.g. Java, XML
• Sophisticated Application Operation and Management
• Certified ServiceNow Administration fundamentals
• Analytical, structured and networked thinking, goal-oriented and customer-oriented actions, high comprehension.
• Independent, autonomous and structured way of working.
• Strong communicative, integrative and analytical skills, dedication and team spirit
