We are currently looking for ServiceNow Architect
What will you do as ServiceNow Architect:
- Provides direction and support to technical specialists and less experienced architects. Leads and governs the development of technical solutions using Atos standards, processes and tools and/or coordinates the respective development teams.
- Works within established frameworks to produce technical solutions and designs meeting client requirements.
- Works in a collaborative environment with customer architecture teams to ensure alignment and to facilitate design sign-off.
- Liaises with 3rd Party suppliers and other partners when and where required
- Works with Solution teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, are supportable and up to the standards
- Provides feedback to the CTO on suitability of existing policies/ standards, successes and failures of technical solutions.
- Provides input to the solution project on transition, transformation, and migration aspects.
- Provides consolidated effort estimation on technical solution for overall consolidation, based on methodologies and Atos’ standards for estimation.
- Contributes to risk management by identifying technical risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Provides direction and support to technical specialists and less experienced architects

- Very good (min. B2) spoken English
- Solid experience in ServiceNow (at least 3 years)
- Strong in ServiceNow System Architect role with hands-on design & deployment experience and mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
- Knowledge of each client's situation; advocating for the most scalable, supportable, and diligent solution for each change to be built or implemented.
- Client interaction to discuss outstanding items, identify technical improvements, and seek out new opportunities by educating clients on development and quality standards.
- Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items through one-on-one sessions or small group workshops.
- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time.
- Experience in implemented solutions around Digital Workplace, Customer Service management, Employee Service Centre.

- Workflow Integrator (Embedded Integrators and/ or Flow Designers)
- Now Intelligence (NLP/NLU/NLQ and/ or Performance Analytics and/or Predictive Intelligence / ML)
- Single Data Model (CMBD and/or Knowledge Management and/or Service Catalogue)
- User Experience (Workspace and/or Survey and assessments and/or Employee Centre Pro)
