As Team Manager you will be a part of one of our business operations teams located in Global Delivery Center, in Group Performance in Bydgoszcz . The Team Manager provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility. Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.

 

Job Requirements:

 

· minimum 3 years experience in Atos

· good English communications skills - must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing (at least C1 level according to internal assessment)

· MSc university degree preferred

· ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal customers

· open and clear communication skills

· proactive attitude at vision creation and consistent implementation of it

· ability to work with high standards on behalf of Atos and its customers

· leadership in a wide variety of specialist areas and situations

 

Job Requirements (desired)

 

· good understanding of people management

· knowledge of ITIL/LEAN/ Six Sigma/PMI/Prince2 methodologies will be an advantage

· excellent reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
