Must-Have Qualifications: 

• NATO SECRET Clearance certificate: This role will require access to confidential or secret information. 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) to effectively collaborate with our US-based clients. 

• Certified Pro: Hold certifications in Prince2, Agile, or PMP methodologies? Fantastic! Your expertise will be invaluable. 

• Revenue Cycle Insight: Familiarity with planning and presenting projects in front of the change board, along with knowledge of ITIL change implementation processes. 

• Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills are essential for this position.  

• Experience IT Project Manager or/and SDM: Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in management and development of IT projects/programmes, including the financial management of projects.

• Other: Financial management knowledgeline management, SLA negotations, risk management.

Nice-to-have Qualifications: 

• Master's degree level in a Science or Engineering discipline: hold a university degree in a relevant field for this position. 

• Ticketing systems: While not required, experience with ServiceNow applications is a plus. 

• Certificates: MSP, ITIL.

• Additional knowledge and experience at least in one of the following topics: SCRUM, PowerBI, Microsoft Project, Contact managment.

• Knowledge of NATO civilian and military defence organisations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:   

Lead and Execute: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction by: 

• Leading cross-functional project teams using our organization’s project management tools and methodology standards. 

• Developing and managing core project management deliverables (resource plans, risk management, change control, issue logs, etc.). 

• Communicating clear and concise status reports for executive management and other key project stakeholders. 

• Ensuring assigned projects are completed on time. 

• Managing the needs and perspectives of your team and all stakeholders. 

• Preparing all documentation for delivery assurance reviews and quality audits. 

• On-site work in Bydgoszcz office.
