Do you excel in dynamic environments and possess the expertise to craft innovative financial solutions? We're actively seeking a skilled Financial Architect to become a key member of our team!

 

Location: Poland (Office/Remote)

 

As an Atos Financial Architect (also known as Deal Analyst or Pricing Manager) you will be a core member of a deal team, being accountable and responsible for all financial matters relating to the deal.

As the deal’s financial lead, you will direct, influence and support the deal team in creating a compelling commercial/financial proposition that aims to achieve our customer’s objectives and optimise the deal’s success, whilst simultaneously achieving our corporate financial KPIs. Depending on your level of experience you will either be responsible, or provide support. 

 

What will you do

 

  • Managing the deal’s financial strategy in line with the overall context of the win strategy
  • Shaping the deal to balance the customer’s commercial and financial objectives with Atos’ financial KPIs
  • Leading the pricing approach and supporting the determination of the win price
  • Creating the customer’s business case by establishing the customer’s financial baseline, demonstrating the proposed benefits through TCO comparisons and savings profiles
  • Ownership of the detailed pricing submission, intelligent pricing, price variation modelling (e.g. volume bands, ARCs/ RRCs)
  • Generating the Internal Business Case (IBC) which reflects the deal in terms of OE, ER, PM/OM, Cash Flow and payback, highlighting critical risks and success factors
  • Analysing and optimising the IBC, proposing alternative scenarios and/ or improvements including any financial engineering options and sensitivity analysis
  • Working with solution teams to ensure costing is optimized and validated, supporting the translation of solution costs into the customer’s price elements
  • Co-ordinating with risk management and specialist legal, HR and Finance functions (e.g. treasury, tax) for expert sign-offs and inclusion of appropriate provisions within the IBC
  • Leading and owning our response to, and the negotiation of key commercial/ financial terms
  • Providing ad-hoc briefings to senior management
  • Owning the presentation of the deal’s commercial/ financial aspects to obtain management approval
  • Managing the handover process to delivery finance/ account team on contract award
  • Contributing to the continued enhancement of the global FA community by actively supporting our training, tooling and knowledge capital initiatives

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Business and financial knowledge with proven experience and a sound understanding of the IT Services industry.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in similiar role
  • Knowledge of detailed costing and pricing solutions, with a solid understanding of P&L and cash flow, 
  • Ability to work autonomously on a variety of deals, providing support to other team members and knowing when to seek guidance to ensure success.
  • Advanced level of English - B2+
  • Advanced level of German - B2+
  • Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients, interacting with all levels from your peers through to CxO.
  • Advanced set of MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Nice to have Knowledge of VBA for Excel.
