We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Architect (Voice & Chatbots) to take a key, long-term role in designing and developing enterprise-scale voicebot and chatbot solutions. This is a strategic position within a stable, long-term program, focused on innovation, R&D, and real business impact across a modern Digital Workplace ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and architect scalable, secure conversational AI solutions (voicebots & chatbots) for enterprise environments.
- Lead long-term R&D initiatives focused on conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and digital workplace automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, product, business stakeholders).
- Define conversational UX standards and ensure high-quality user experience.
- Drive projects end-to-end in an agile, cloud-based environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in architecting conversational AI or Digital Workplace solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, or Amazon Lex.
- Solid knowledge of NLP/NLU, voice recognition, and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) in deploying AI solutions.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API integrations, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and manage timelines effectively.
- Nice to HaveUX experience in conversational interfaces.
- Background in data analytics or machine learning.Industry certifications (AI, cloud, or project management).
