About the Role
- Lead the security function and Security Office team
- Ensure security and integrity of IT infrastructure, systems, and data
- Drive development and implementation of security policies and controls
Key Responsibilities
- Security Strategy & Governance: Define security strategy, enforce policies, advise leadership
- Security Architecture & Engineering: Maintain security architecture, conduct reviews and audits
- Security Awareness & Training: Deliver training programs, promote secure coding practices
- Compliance & Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards, maintain documentation
- Security Operations & Incident Response: Oversee monitoring, detection, and incident response
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Security; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus
- 5+ years in information security (strategy, governance, operations, compliance)
- Knowledge of frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10)
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
