Purpose of the Process Manager Role:

Process Manager is accountable for the Global owned process delivery in the local Service Management Center and support the end-to-end services delivery in line with customer and internal targets. High customer exposure and focus on process management delivery including: process setup, maintaining quality of documentation, managing daily tickets flow, improvement plans, requests validation, risk and impact analysis, approval boards, widely understood definition of professional communication, that is building the daily work of Change Manager:

  • Ownership of high priority actions
  • Reporting of Target achievements and failures
  • Quality and completeness of records
  • Creation of actions to prevent repeatness of issues
  • Client meetings – operational and strategy oriented
  • Team mentoring and coaching on the service level

Change Manager role is building strong baseline for further development, from dealing (on senior level) with transitions of new clients, optimization of the process, providing guidance in standardization of delivery tasks, accountable and responsible for audit proactivity or remediation plan, reporting to process owner and widely understandable management of process on daily basis.

Combination of administrative and strategic daily tasks is a way to make each day different and marked with opportunities for general satisfaction. You do not have to have a technical background in order to take this challenge - knowledge can be gained here while maintaining the process and in collaboration with delivery groups.





  • Excellent communication skills both in German and English (C1 and above)
  • Leadership skills.
  • Awareness of standardization and continuous improvement need.
  • Responsibility for reaching targets on service and organizational level.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral; foreign languages), with experience interacting with all levels of management both within company and customer organizations.
  • Experience in process management, decision making and customer exposed service delivery (min. 2 years of process management operational experience on manager role).
  • Responsibility of quality for delivered process, inputs for audits.


Nice to have:


  • ITIL Intermediate, ISO 20 000 certification
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and reporting / analytical tools.
  • Competent in specific Service Management toolset
