We are looking for Service Manager.

 

What will you do:

 

  • Building and keeping a long-term relationship with customers
  • Explicit responsibility of supervising services onboarding for new Customers
  • Building and keeping a long-term relationship with customers
  • Attendance in (the BID process), preparation of proposals, and cost calculations
  • Supporting and supervising implementation process
  • Ensuring SLA and customer satisfaction
  • Managing and ensuring an accurate level of operational support
  • Coordination of the DevOps process

Skills:

 

  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and demonstrated ability to work in sophisticated environments
  • Self-directed approach with demonstrable ability to prepare mature decisions supported by detailed data analysis
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Good communication skills - written and spoken
  • Proficiency in English (at the least B2)
  • The ability to build and keep a long-term relationship with customers
  • Experience with the ITSM systems (ServiceNow)
  • Basic technical knowledge about at least some of: Windows, Active Directory, Networking

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Windows and AD administration experience
  • RPA/SyntBots/UiPath/Dynatrace/Servicetrace experience
  • Basic networking and its troubleshooting
  • Working experience with EU client or other public institution
  • Project/Service management experience and certification
  • Other languages (French, German)
