We are now in search of our new colleague Senior Communication (Genesys) Engineer and he/she will have to:

 

•    Monitor and proactively maintain the environment to ensure a stable operation,
•    Provide level 2 support for issues and problems; investigate customers' concern calls,
•    Help team to meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements,
•    Management and maintenance supported infrastructures,
•    Provide on-call support for the corporate environment.

 

Technical requirements:


•    Good analytical skills,
•    Technical education,
•    SIP Protocol,
•    Genesys,
•    Virtualization and Windows Server knowledge,
•    Basic network and voice knowledge,
•    Language German - B2,
•    Language English - B2.
