About the role

At Eviden, we are strengthening our SAP capabilities and looking for a motivated SAP Solution Manager Specialist to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with SAP SolMan 7.2 and a passion for supporting complex SAP landscapes, this opportunity is for you.You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the quality and stability of SAP operations. What will you do

• Configure and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 functionalities including ITSM/ChaRM, Test Suite, and Solution Documentation
• Work with SAP Enable Now, ideally with experience in the Producer toolProvide L2 support for SAP cross-module technical issues
• Collaborate with developers and change managers to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze and document issues, support ticket resolution, and monitor system healthAssist in test management and documentation of configuration and troubleshooting steps
• Stay open to learning customized SAP solutions and supporting modules like Retail/MM/SD (nice to have)

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Solid understanding of SAP SolMan 7.2 (ITSM, ChaRM, Test Suite, Solution Documentation)
• Experience with SAP Enable Now (end-user and ideally Producer)
• Good understanding of German labor law and German language skills at B2 level
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Experience in SAP L2 support and working with ticketing/mailbox/monitoring tools
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus
