We are currently looking for Project manager - Mainframe

Project Manager will be responsible for effectively managing projects related to mainframe technology. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of mainframe systems and have the skills to efficiently plan, coordinate, and monitor projects in this area. The individual in this role will collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects according to schedule, budget, and client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of mainframe projects, including planning, progress monitoring, risk management, and quality control.
• Collaborate with technical, analytical, and business teams to understand project requirements and ensure their proper implementation.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resources, taking into account time, cost, and risk estimation.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve any conflicts or delays in projects.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, keeping them informed about progress and any changes to plans.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards, procedures, and policies during project execution.
• Monitor project budget and take corrective actions in case of deviations from the established budget.
• Report project status and achieved outcomes at various management levels.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the mainframe field, including a documented track record of successfully delivering projects based on this technology.
• Understanding of key concepts and technologies related to mainframe systems.
• Ability to effectively manage project teams and coordinate activities between technical, analytical, and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills during project execution.
• Familiarity with project management tools and experience working with project tracking software.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project conditions.
• French - B2 or higher.
