We are looking for a Product Owner (R&D focused) to drive the evolution of three key Digital Workplace services: Device Lifecycle Management (DLM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Sustainable Workplace.
This role focuses on innovation, continuous improvement, and cross‑service alignment within a global Digital Workplace portfolio.
Tasks

Own and prioritise backlogs for DLM, SAM, and Sustainable Workplace

Translate business, regulatory, and sustainability needs into epics and features

Drive R&D initiatives around automation, optimisation, compliance, and sustainability

Collaborate closely with architects, delivery teams, and other Product Owners

Ensure alignment across services and coherence within the wider portfolio
Experience
-
Experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or similar role
-
Background in Digital Workplace, End User Services, or IT Service Management
-
Good understanding of at least one area: DLM, SAM, or IT sustainability
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, matrix organisation
Nice to Have

Experience across multiple products or services

Familiarity with asset management or SAM tools

Exposure to sustainability / ESG topics in IT

Experience working closely with architects and technical teams

Background in R&D or continuous improvement initiatives
