GENERAL SUMMARY

The Atos Cybersecurity team has been protecting its customers from the ever-changing threat landscape for over 20 years thanks to the full breadth and depth of its cybersecurity portfolio.

To support the growing needs of our customers and maintain a driven innovation lifecycle, we are looking for a Product director to lead the development of products and services in our cybersecurity portfolio, specifically in the domain of Identity Security.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Products and Services to develop the technical vision of your specific cybersecurity growth domain of Identity Security, and you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of all products withing your domain.  The product director plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, driving innovation, and ensuring that our products consistently exceed customer expectations while achieving business objectives.

We will look for you to successfully lead cross functional teams, display strong project management skills, and influence people across and up the organization. You will have to lead and empower your portfolio team to identify, develop & commercialize new cybersecurity solutions.

You will be involved in assessing customer needs, market conditions, regulatory requirements and competition to prioritize portfolio expansion. You will be responsible for reconciling the portfolio with business strategy and business objectives as well as emerging cybersecurity trends.

The Cybersecurity field is a fast-changing industry where new technologies and new threats are faced regularly. Therefore, we are looking for professionals that are fast learners, open to discovering & mastering new technologies & concepts.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transverse Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision, mission, and long-term goals.
    • Responsible for the global cybersecurity portfolio of Identity Security.
    • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, potential gaps, and emerging trends in your domain, with the objective to keep our competitive advantage.
    • Work closely with the Product Directors of the other cybersecurity domains, to make sure you have a coherence strategy across the portfolio.
  • Product Development and Management:
    • Translate product strategy into detailed roadmap with key milestones highlighting requirements, MVP and continuous product update.
    • Oversee the entire portfolio for the domain of Identity Security, ensuring its coherence, relevance, highest quality, and successful execution.
    • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
    • Manage an international team of portfolio managers and engineers: resource planning, project progress reporting, product quality, deliverables quality, budget spending progress etc.
    • Champion a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creativity and the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
    • Manage the R&D budget as per the set product priorities with a key focus on resource utilization rate, deadlines and project plan execution and budget consumption as per the financial targets including securing portfolio development funds from key domain technology partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery teams, Center of Excellence, consulting, marketing, sales, pre-sales and RBU teams to drive product development, integrate their inputs in updated roadmap, and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across departments to create synergy and maximize product success.
    • Collaborate with the product directors of all the cybersecurity domains to be a tight-knit product directors community
  • Market Positioning and Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Engage with customers, conduct market research, and analyse user feedback to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
    • Define the positioning and messaging for each product in your security domain to effectively communicate its value proposition internally and externally.
    • Develop a successful product pricing strategy and run regular benchmarking analysis.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with Alliance and Sales teams (both global and local), for new product launches, ensuring successful market penetration and customer adoption.
  • Customer Advocacy and Discovery:
    • Foster strong relationships with key customers by participating and leading regularly customer innovation workshops and customer meetings (in support of the customer ambassador program) to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations from application security solutions.
    • Register customers’ feedback, through direct customer interactions or sales/pre-sales feedback, and integrate into product roadmap updates as part of the continuous improvement cycle of the portfolio catalogue.
    • Supports sales in strategic deals, account planning & customer innovation workshops to present cybersecurity use cases adapted to customers’ pain points and needs
  • Performance and Metrics:
    • In collaboration with the Head of Products and Services and all product directors define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance, evaluate growth options, and measure market share.
    • Monitor and analyse product performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings, prioritize product features, or phase out a range of services/products.
    • In close partnership with the Head of Products and Services and all product directors, define and follow robust product development processes and practices, along with other teams in the company.
    • Analyse progress & lessons learned for continual improvement of the portfolio management framework

    • Build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching and enabling them to bring products and services to the market, and supporting their professional growth

SKILLS

The successful candidate will:

  • Domain Expertise – Exhibit strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts, such as Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration, established as well as emerging identity & authentication technologies (PKI, conversational identity, etc.). Familiarity with the ecosystem of IAM technology vendors.

REPORTING

This role reports to the Head of Products and Services for Cybersecurity in Atos Cybersecurity Services GBL

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years of experience in digital industry.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus
  • GCM Level targeted: 6+.  Exceptions possible depending on potential

LOCATIONS

  • The role is Global and will require occasional travel. The candidate can be based in any RBU or GDC.
