Are you ready to start your career in IT within a dynamic, supportive environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Process Coordinator to join our team, helping to strengthen our quality management, business continuity management (BCM), disaster recovery (DR), and IT service continuity management (ITSCM) processes.


What You’ll Do:
As a Process Coordinator, you will be an essential part of a two-person team responsible for supporting and maintaining critical ITSCM and BCM processes. This includes:
•    Post-Implementation Assessment: Evaluate closed tickets and assess improvement opportunities.
•    ITSCM Testing Coordination: Plan and coordinate ITSCM tests, gather testing teams, and oversee the testing process, including life-checks, restoration, and backups.
•    Documentation Management: Keep ITSCM and BCM documentation up to date, ensuring it aligns with RACI and communication matrices.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

 

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:
•    Team Collaboration: You’ll engage in daily communication with developers and stakeholders, coordinating across teams to align goals.
•    Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Maintain and update essential documents, work instructions, and process records, contributing to a robust knowledge base.

 

What You’ll Learn and Achieve:
•    Hands-On IT Experience: Expand your understanding of IT service management within a major FS&I or automotive account setting.
•    Professional Growth: Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, and Office365 will give you a solid foundation in IT and project management.
•    Collaboration Skills: Gain experience working with cross-functional teams, honing your communication and coordination abilities.

 

What We’re Looking For:
•    Language Skills: Proficiency in German (B2+) and English for smooth communication within our international team.
•    Proactive Attitude: Resourceful in finding solutions and anticipating needs.
•    Reliability: You take ownership of your responsibilities and manage tasks with precision.
•    Resilience: You perform well under pressure, staying calm and focused.

 

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
•    IT Knowledge: Understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL certification is a bonus).
•    Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Office365.
•    Service Team Experience: Previous work in a service team is an advantage.
