Key responsibilities:

- Perform consulting services requested within purchasing processes and MM

- Have excellent analytical skills and capacity to understand business requirements

- Have excellent analytical skills when it comes to interfaces between SAP system and legacy applications

- Understand business requirements and identify WRICEFAs (Workflows, Reports, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Fiori-applications)

- Perform functional analysis and assess technical solutions in collaboration with the development team

- Write functional specifications

- Perform SAP configuration as per specifications

- Identify, execute and document tests cases

- Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

- Write business process documentation

- Specify System cutover activities and assist in running cutover simulations

What you need to succeed:

- Sound SAP configuration experience in SAP MM

- Business analyst skills and ability to work with non-technical colleagues - able explain SAP in clear terms and writing skills in English.

- SAP integration skills.

- SAP blueprinting experience.

Professional & educational qualifications:

- Academic degree

- minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or business purchasing processes

- minimum 4 years of the above experience with SAP
