You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing development requirements
• Building and presenting solution designs
• Rapid prototyping, creating, enhancing and improving existing functionalities
• Maintenance and keeping up-to-date documentation
• Taking part in development, testing and deployment activities
• Designing, developing and implementing Service Catalog, workflows, escalation model, support group, configure ITIL processes modules within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems for the organizational growth

Our requirements:

Required skills:

• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development/configuration and IT Consulting
• Knowledgeable of UI/UX standards
• Experience in Incident/Problem/change and configuration process for implementation
• Experience in support model organization
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL); ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Desired skills:

• Experience in working with customers
• ServiceNow certifications e.g. CSA, CIS etc.
