Lead Technical Architect in Digital Workplace

Lead Technical Architect in Digital Workplace is responsible for architecture, design, installation and configuration of DWP services. Principal Architect architect is expected to lead and coordinate project activities across customer, technology vendor and Atos teams. DWP technologies include MS Windows, MS Intune SCCM, Workspace One, Active Directory, Office 365, Virtual Workplace, Proactive Experience Center, Service Desk. Principal Architects are critical resources required for big and complex T&T projects that currently rolling and for ones included in the pipeline. Principal Architects are also required to standard service development and lifecycle management project activities. This request is the execution of Workplace resourcing plan and Move to Offshore strategy agreed with Steve Butterworth.

What will you do?

• Defining high Level technology solution
• Developing High Level design
• Delivering complete Transition & Transformation project from technical standpoint – from solution/architecture/HLD to handover to Ops team for regular support.
• Leading big and complex projects across more than one Digital Workplace service
• Managing communication with program board, customer and technology partners
• Taking the technical responsibility for the whole project stream (involving several Digital Workplace services)
• Supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities
