Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure our services are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You’ll work closely with other teams to optimize our cloud-native solutions, using best practices in container management and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters to support high-availability services.
- Use infrastructure-as-code tools like Crossplane, Terraform, or Ansible for automation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub.
- Enhance Kubernetes setups using software-defined networking (SDN) techniques.
- Contribute to open-source projects related to Kubernetes or container technologies.
- Offer guidance on Kubernetes best practices, including security and performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Kubernetes certification (e.g., CKA, CKAD, CKS).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Crossplane, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, especially GitHub.
- Understanding of software-defined networking (SDN) in Kubernetes contexts.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects related to Kubernetes or containers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
