Junior Software developer



We are looking for Junior Tooling Engineer (devops) to support ServiceNow Platform used to IT Service Management and reporting.

As a part of the Atos global tooling practice (COA1) you will be responsible for developing and maintaining global solutions for hundreds of Atos customers that are spread around the globe. You will have opportunity to implement your own ideas, create new solutions and customize existing scripts, implement automations and of course widen your experience working across different cultures.


Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AND/OR Javascript / Angular coding experience + HTML, CSS
  • Good understanding of ITIL v3 concepts esp. CI, CMDB, Inc, Chg, Prb, ISO/OSI model
  • Good understanding of relational databases (triggers, joins, selects)
  • Practical experience with integration technologies like REST/SOAP/JSON/XML
  • English (B2+)


Optional, nice to have:

  • ServiceNow certifications e.g. Certified System Admin
  • Customer Support experience

  • Preferred are people who are communicative, open and with ambition to grow
  • Self driven but capable to work in team (team players)
  • With analytic mindset, strong in finding errors in complex processes
  • Thinking End2End who can organize a group of people to fix a specific problem cross domain
  • With supportive attitude, strong in talking to people, find out what kind of issue they have
  • Work in distributed team, potentially with exposure to customers around the world
