Your job in a nutshell:

As a 1st line support, your role involves providing initial assistance to users experiencing technical issues. This includes troubleshooting problems, answering queries, and guiding users through basic solutions via email or phone. You'll document issues, escalate complex cases, and ensure timely resolution to maintain smooth operations for users.



What will you be doing:

  • Register, transfer and resolve basic issues related to IT technologies (using ticketing system), based on prepared instructions
  • Perform daily activities (reports, primary checks etc.)
  • Communicate with various teams as well as with the customer as a first point of contact



  • Good knowledge of German (B2) and English (B2)
  • Willingness to work on shifts (all: morning, afternoon and night)
  • Basic experience in Windows OS and MS Office
  • Good communication skills and the capacity to work as a team player
