Position Summary:
As a Junior ICT Engineer with French, you will provide daily monitoring support for the customers infrastructure. You will perform basic operations from various IT fields – network, databases, applications or systems. Junior ICT Engineer is expected to provide service 24/7 as a shift work as business never sleeps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering, transferring and resolving basic issues related to IT technologies
- Performing daily activities (reports, primary checks etc.)
- Communication with various teams as well as with the customer as a first point of contact based on prepared instructions and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of French (B2, written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of English (B2, written and spoken)
- Willingness to work on shifts (all: morning, afternoon and night)
- Experience in Windows OS and MS Office
- Good communication skills and the capacity to work as a team player
- Motivation for self-development
- Problem solving attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of Network field
- Knowledge of ticketing tool
- Knowledge of ITIL process
