We are currently looking for Head of DWP Solutions
What's the mission of Head of DWP Solutions?
Head of DWP Solutions is responsible to make sure we deliver winning and profitable solutions. This is achieved through providing dwp solutioning guidance tools and documentation, upskilling the solutions teams, reviewing & challenging the solutions that are being designed and feeding back to portfolio to enhance standard offerings.
What will you do?
DWP Standard definition
- Define and maintain DWP pre-sales KPIs and design principles, including standard shift-left calculator, and working closely with delivery
- Propose KPI enhancement based on new delivery models or technologies
- Define approach/toolkit to design DWP solutions
- Assess and challenge solutions & costings, including a benchmark function
- Drive improvement of knowledge repository in collaboration with portfolio
Pre-Sales enablement & sharing
- Train solution managers and solution architects on client messaging as well as KPIs & design principles
- Define and maintain training plan for DWP solution managers and solution architects
- Assess and certify DWP solution managers and solution architects
- Work with DWP Solution Community to enhance knowledge sharing
- Ensure consistent designs and costings – No dependency on Sol Architect assigned
- Work closely with Global Presales COE to agree on improvements plans (definition and actions)
- Drive improvement of the lessons learnt process for DWP and feedback to the different parties
Bid involvement
- Contribute to strategy and solution workshops for large opportunities, supporting development of win strategy and client messaging
- Support and coach solution architects to define the best solution from the initial stage
- Review and challenge solution & costing, make sure they are aligned with best practices and KPIs, suggest enhancements
- Support client visits, meetings and workshops when needed
Offerings enhancement
- Coach Lead Solution Architect for each offering to improve standard collaterals (costing, proposal text, SOW…)
- Feedback toward portfolio and R&D to improve portfolio by identifying needs to develop new offerings
Operational KPIs
- Order Entry
- Win rate on qualified deals
- Over-time: reduction in % of red T&T and red contracts

Skills:
- Previous experience in digital workplace pre-sales for large deals in a senior position
- Coming from HCL, Wipro, TCS preferred
- Services scope: service desk, on-site services, endpoint management, collaboration, chatbot, service request automation, digital experience management, XLAs
- Partner ecosystem : Microsoft, ServiceNow, Nexthink
- Good knowledge of workplace services KPIs
- Soft skills: team building, selling skills, communication skills, ability to coach/mentor
