We are looking for a Global Service Architect & Product Owner to own and evolve the Local / Onsite Support (OSS) service within the global Digital Workplace portfolio.
This role combines service architecture ownership with pragmatic product and backlog management, focused on scalable, cost‑efficient, and experience‑driven onsite support.
Tasks

Own the end‑to‑end OSS service architecture (Smart Hands, Tech Bars, device logistics, lockers, vending)

Define and maintain service scope, architecture artefacts, and design principles

Own and prioritise a single OSS backlog covering R&D, enhancements, tooling, and automation

Translate business, operational, and user needs into backlog items

Drive R&D initiatives and pilots for onsite support services

Collaborate closely with R&D, delivery, and operations teams

Validate architectural impact of changes and improvements

Provide advisory input to deal shaping, transitions, and major service changes
Experience
-
Strong background in Local / Onsite IT Support or Digital Workplace services

Experience as a Service / Solution / Global Architect and/or Product Owner

Proven ability to design and evolve global service offerings

Good understanding of:
- ITSM and field service integration
- Onsite support models (IMACD, break/fix, device logistics)

Strong stakeholder communication skills in a global environment
Nice to Have
- Experience combining architecture and product ownership
- Exposure to Tech Bars, smart lockers, or vending solutions
- Experience with automation, analytics, or selective AI in service operations
- Background in R&D, innovation, or continuous improvement initiatives
