Global Program Architect will act as the technical authority, overseeing transition and transformation program(s) supporting program management and delivery practices with following activities:


  • Provide direction and guidance on all technical aspects of the architecture, ensuring adherence to relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices, both during Bid Process and T&T project
  • Provide support and guidance to solution and technical architects on bid teams and new business opportunities
  • Lead cross technology teams during T&T programs to ensure integrated architecture and achieve a joined approach
  • Improve architecture and costing for the benefit of the solution with delivery expertise and knowledge
  • Work across solution offering/domain practices to identify and correct delivery gaps in the solution and/or cost case that may impact the delivery or business case of the solution
  • Analyze the customer business and technical requirements to ensure the solution is aligned accordingly. Report back any gaps and possible solutions to the Solutioning team.
  • Encourage and support solving gaps between RFP, statements of work and costing to win a deal
  • Ensure projects and programs are aligned to the solution and client strategic roadmap, enterprise architecture and Atos Technical Strategy
  • Contributes to the development of the end-to-end T&T plan during Presales phase.
  • Work alongside with the Program Director taking technology and architectural ownership of the solution and costing from Pre-Sales Solution Manager after contract signature and contribute to the development of the end-to-end project plan for a successful T&T
  • Review and approve design and solution documentation created by the practices for the T&T in regard to consistency of the overall solution, Atos Service Blueprints, cost coverage and contracted scope.



Ideal candidate should present the following:

  • Education to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification or respective long term working experience
  • Experience of working for an organization in the IT services or consultancy arena
  • Pre-sales skills experience of spotting new opportunities with existing customers and Post-sales skills experience of leading successful technical outcomes and taking ownership of issue resolution
  • Solid background in a combination of infrastructure / data center / networks / storage / workplace / identity / Sharepoint / Unified Comms / Disaster Recovery / Collaboration / Virtualization / Sustainability (Greener IT) /Security Technology arenas
  • Proven skills in solutioning and designing customer solutions in large scale, complex environments across all major portfolio areas


It would be a plus if you:

  • possess globally recognized certifications from domain like SNOW, SAP, CISCO, Azure, AWS etc
  • have experience working according to scaled agile framework (SAFE)
