Global Supplier Expert (Mid)
Procurement / IT Services (Hardware)
Role context
Mid-level role in Global Procurement, focused on operational supplier management for a defined portfolio of IT suppliers. You will work closely with Buyers and internal stakeholders, ensuring supplier performance, governance, and contract execution within established Atos frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships for assigned global or regional suppliers
- Run regular supplier governance and performance reviews (SLAs, KPIs, service issues)
- Track and support contract execution in cooperation with Buyers
- Monitor supplier risks, issues, and escalations; support mitigation actions
- Maintain supplier documentation and reporting in SharePoint
- Register supplier-related savings and actions in Aribe
- Ensure supplier governance aligns with Atos policies and standards
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a similar role
- Professional English (B2+/C1) – daily written and verbal communication
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders
- Confidence in working with suppliers and handling operational discussions
- Proactive attitude, high level of energy, and strong ownership mindset
Additional experience (nice to have)
- Background in IT services or IT sourcing environments
- Exposure to supplier performance management (SLAs, KPIs, reporting)
- Familiarity with risk management, audits, or compliance requirements
- Experience with Ariba or similar procurement tools
- ITIL Foundation (v4 or v3)
