Global Supplier Expert

Location: Poland (Hybrid model)


As a Global Supplier Expert, you will play a key role in managing strategic suppliers within your category, ensuring strong governance, performance, and collaboration to support global delivery. You will partner with Buyers, Category Managers, Operations and multiple internal stakeholders to secure value, compliance and continuous improvement across supplier relationships.

 

Your Responsibilities


Supplier Relationship & Governance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TOP suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead regular operational and strategic reviews.
  • Manage annual supplier performance evaluations and internal scoring.

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Provide contract guidance and summaries for operational teams.
  • Support Buyers in renewals, negotiations and forecasting.
  • Ensure governance requirements (SLAs, KPIs, reporting) are embedded in agreements.
  • Contribute to contract consolidation into global frameworks.

Performance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Validate supplier reporting (SLAs, KPIs, incidents) and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Oversee risk & claim registers and record savings in Ariba.
  • Maintain documentation for audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Share insights with global Supplier Management community and support roadmap planning.

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management or procurement.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • High level of energy, proactive mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Confident communication and leadership skills.
  • English proficiency at B2+.
  • Solid command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
