Role Description
The Global Service Architect (GSA) for Digital Workplace (DWP) Voicebot and Chatbot is responsible for coordinating and leading research and development (R&D) projects focused on voicebot and chatbot technologies within the digital workplace ecosystem. The GSA will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize voicebot and chatbot solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of both DWP and conversational AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
 

 

Experience
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing Digital Workplace solutions.
- Extensive experience in leading R&D projects related to voicebot and chatbot technologies.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft 

 

Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex.
- Experience in integrating voicebots and chatbots with enterprise systems and applications.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
- Previous experience in user experience (UX) design for conversational interfaces.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, specifically in deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) technologies.
- Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

 

Skills
• Technical Skills
 - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
 - Strong knowledge of conversational AI frameworks and tools.
 - Expertise in NLP and NLU technologies.
 - Understanding of voice recognition and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
 - Ability to design and implement scalable and secure AI solutions.
 - Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
 - Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data analytics.


• Project Management Skills
 - Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple R&D projects simultaneously.
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 - Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
 - Experience in stakeholder management and communication.


• Analytical Skills
 - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
 - Ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and optimization.


• Communication Skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


• Certifications 
- Certifications in relevant AI and machine learning technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
 - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
 - Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
