This could be the opportunity for you! We're currently looking for an E-Procurement Project Leader!
The E-Procurement Project Leader is responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading project activities to achieve objectives within a specified period of time. Project leadership requires skills in organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and communicating. The role involves enhancing existing processes and tools and implementing new ones.
As an E-Procurement Project Leader, you will:
- Gather, plan, and lead implementations of enhancement ideas
- Work with stakeholders to understand the needs and set up goals
- Establish milestones and resources necessary to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate and communicate all steps of the project
- Support and manage all involved parties at each step of the project
- Manage testing activities
- Cooperate with business, procurement Teams, Eviden IT and Ariba on the ongoing projects
- Be a Procurement representative in global projects led by other Teams
- Conduct an independent search of upgrade opportunities
- Manage e-Procurement Tooling & Efficiency SharePoint
- Maintain guides for admins and requestors regarding MyEviden application (catalogs, Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, MyEviden apps)
- Train users regarding system usage (Guided Buying, Ariba Network)
- Implement changes in the system
- Work on system issues
- Deal with escalation
- Support Admin Team (GB, ZP) in daily responsibilities (changes, issues, processes)
Our requirements:
- Deep expert knowledge regarding Ariba tools, SAP MM, and procurement processes is a must
- Fluent English [B2+]
- Experience in eProcurement preferably in a leadership role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and approaches
