Who we are?

 

Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is a part of Big Data and Security (BDS) division. The IAM team tries to answer the following question: “How the user accounts should be propagated across the IT systems of an organization to allow for effective and secure access to the most critical and key resources of the company?” A perfect candidate should be interested in finding an answer to this question, as well as in finding approaches to constantly improve processes of account synchronization.

 

We’re currently looking for a DirX Security Architect.

 

 

Must-have Qualifications:

 

  • Strong knowledge of DirX Directory/Identity.
  • Proficient in development practices with PowerShell, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in leading projects at a technical level.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage the Identity Management (IDM) service from a technical perspective.
  • Participate as a technical lead and contributor in IDM sub-projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Service Owner to discuss service status and develop future improvement plans.
  • Prepare requests for changes for the development team and verify the outcomes.
  • Maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Develop enhancements in Identity Management logic based on DirX Identity.
  • Create PowerShell scripts for account provisioning, data synchronization, data quality checks, and monitoring.
  • Implement non-standard changes to the infrastructure in collaboration with internal and external technical stakeholders.
  • Diagnose complex IDM service-related issues that exceed the scope of 3rd line support.
  • Coordinate incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage system performance, capacity, and overall service quality.

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and maintain a knowledge base with work instructions for incident and problem resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service status and performance.
  • Update and create relevant documentation.
  • Enhance monitoring mechanisms to improve service reliability.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong knowledge of LDAP and its applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange account management.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD Connector and Microsoft Azure Technologies (specifically O365 user and license management).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting.
  • Basic development skills in Java and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Linux (Red Hat/SUSE).
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Nagios, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of network services (Load Balancers, DNS, DHCP, F5, etc.).
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Strong ability to research documentation and resources effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a methodical approach to work.
