AUTOMATION DEVELOPER

Your job in a nutshell:

The role of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer involves developing complex automation solutions to support various automation initiatives. This includes collaborating with end users and team members in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation projects across the organization. The developer must be able to engineer process patterns to build reusable assets within the architecture and utilize process automation best practices to ensure that automation meets business requirements and efficiency targets. Additionally, the developer should be able to consult on and/or develop multiple automation projects and ensure their delivery within the given timeline using automation design techniques and standard  processes.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating with functional and technical support to continuously develop and support the automation environment.
• Drive growth of the automation program and new technology platforms.
• Work with application, client and teams on function support issues and roadmaps.
• Reviews periodically developed workflows and ensures compliance with the solution design and with the development standards.
• Collaborate amongst various functional teams, analysts, and architects.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram, and conceptualize future state of that workflow in an automated solution.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners to formulate logical automation requirements that satisfy the needs of the business to drive efficiencies and reduce workload.
• Have the flexibility to be on call in rare cases during off hours to manage maintenance and outage.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
• Great to have development experience in building automation using RPA tools like UiPath (Studio & Orchestrator), RobotFramework, PowerAutomate, BluePrism etc.
• Great to have UiPath certification as Developer.
• Experience working with .NET methodology.
• Great to have Python experience and/or background.
• Experience working with Office suite, especially Excel
• Good to have experience with at least 2 of the next technologies: MSSQL/Oracle Databases, SAP, Windows servers, Linux servers.
• Good to have previous programming experience.
• Good to have some experience with Application Development.
• Proven ability to multi-task and be flexible.

Desired Skills:

• UIpath Cartification 
• .Net/ Python/ knowledge
• English  C1 level.
