Automation is crucial in todays IT world. We are inviting you to participate in unique and free set of instructor-led trainings (130 hours) which will introduce you to:

  1. ServiceNow – state-of-the-art platform for business process automation
  2. Server / OS Management – accounts, permissions, OS manipulation, performance aspects
  3. Ansible – platform automating OS-level operations via playbooks
  4. VMware vRO/vRA – datacenter orchestration and automation via workflows


Example, end-to-end automation that can be executed in minutes, which you should be able to implement yourself after the training:

ServiceNow Catalog Item “Order Virtual Machine – Database server” -> VMware provision of the machine with selected operating system -> Ansible installation of the software on provisioned machine via playbooks -> update to ServiceNow CMDB with post-execution information (host name, OS version, software version etc.)

Academy is designed for Computer Science students (or graduates) and all people with programming experience who want to broaden their horizons. Classes are planned in the weekends not to collide with your work or studies!

We are counting very much on candidates who:

  • actively participate in classes
  • attend the classes as per schedule
  • not only come to learn but also have things to share with others
  • know what for they applied and are motivated to learn
  • speak communicative English


Therefore our minimum requirements are:

  • Hands on experience in at least one of technology areas:
    • ServiceNow – can be administrator background
    • Javascript or AngularJS
    • Webservices esp. REST
    • Ansible Engine or Tower
    • VMware vRO or vRA
    • Relational databases (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgre, SQLlite…)
    • Server / OS management e.g. Linux administrator backgound
    • Any object oriented programming language
  • English min. at the level of B2
  • Analytical thinking
  • We are looking for open people who can work in a team, are eager to learn and present "can do" attitude
  • Since one of our targets is to recruit academy graduates, we have to legally limit this first edition to Poland-based candidates.
