Job description:


  • Asset life cycle process management, managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software,
  • Starting from procurement process. Ordering hardware or software, contact with the vendor or buyer, analyzing documentation and quotes, creating the purchase request,
  • Update databases in Service Now.
  • Full control on prolongation process, cancellation process,
  • Providing regular reporting for the customer,


Skills & abilities:


  • Ability to produce concise & high quality written report drafts
  • Be able to understand all aspects of the contract
  • Being proactive and energetic, flexible, confident, and able to use your own initiative& make your own decision. Have the ability to make decision where they may not be full knowledge of all relevant facts in the available timeframe
  • Being technically proficient
  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure environment
  • Good personal organizational management skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Handling internal work relationships and encouraging communication orally
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Have a positive approach to solving Problem
  • Analytic skills
