We’re looking for a senior, high-impact IT sales professional who knows how to win complex deals in the Hungarian market.

This is not a junior role and not a people management role. We need an independent expert with a proven track record in IT solution selling, especially custom software development sales, plus experience in value-added IT resale. The role is designed for a highly autonomous, commercially strong sales professional, consistent with internal expectations for successful sales experience and strong understanding of sales principles in Hungary.

 

What you’ll do

  • Win new business in Hungary
  • Sell custom software development and IT solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to close
  • Build strong client relationships and turn business needs into real solutions
  • Work closely with delivery and presales teams to shape winning offers

What we expect

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT sales / solution sales 
  • Solid background in custom software development sales
  • Senior mindset: proactive, credible, independent, commercially sharp
  • Excellent Hungarian and professional English
  • Strong negotiation and client-facing skills, aligned with the communication and negotiation strengths expected in successful sales roles.
