HR Generalist with IT Recruitment focus
Responsibilities:

Taking part in daily and monthly workforce administration (onboarding, offboarding, payroll preparation etc.)

Finding and attracting IT talent through various channels (mostly LinkedIn)

Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing and hiring decisions

Working closely with managers and clients to understand and meet recruitment needs

Building and representing the employer brand on social media platforms and events

Taking part in HR process development
Education & Experience:
-
At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT
-
Excellent communication skills.

Higher education, preferably in HR, Business or Marketing.

English and Hungarian language skills in both written and spoken
-
Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
