HR generalist with IT recruitment focus (Fixed term)

HR Generalist with IT Recruitment focus

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in daily and monthly workforce administration (onboarding, offboarding, payroll preparation etc.)

• Finding and attracting IT talent through various channels (mostly LinkedIn)

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing and hiring decisions

• Working closely with managers and clients to understand and meet recruitment needs

• Building and representing the employer brand on social media platforms and events

• Taking part in HR process development

Education & Experience:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT

• Excellent communication skills.

• Higher education, preferably in HR, Business or Marketing.

• English and Hungarian language skills in both written and spoken

• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
