Our future Business Operations Administrator will provide essential support to finance and business operation by handling various administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the company's internal processes and contributes to overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customers and orders, manage contracts, register new customers and projects and help with client profitability (P&L) plans
  • Create and manage purchase requests, register new vendors
  • Invoicing, administration & reconciliation
  • Input actual revenue and revenue accruals into sales forecast
  • Manage cost accruals and match incoming invoices with purchase orders
  • Inventory management
  • Take part in closing with project level cost analysis and by creating sales order entry reports
  • Create reports for local authorities (product fee & EPR)
  • Manage the company’s car & mobile phone fleet
  • Track public procurement fees, create cost accruals for expected costs
  • Assist Business in product delivery by preparing packages if needed
  • Assist local Finance & Business in all relevant matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar administrative roles (3+ years)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hungarian
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience gained in international environment
  • Open minded for process improvements, simplifications, and digital solutions
  • Familiarity with SAP
