Sales Tools and Systems Manager
About the Role
As the Sales Tools and Systems Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the technology ecosystem that powers our global sales organization. You will lead the transformation of our sales tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, sales enablement platforms, and lifecycle content management tools, ensuring seamless integration, high adoption, and measurable impact on sales performance. You will work closely with Sales Operations, IT, Enablement, and Regional Sales Leaders to deliver scalable, agile, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global sales technology roadmap, including CRM, LCM, enablement, CPQ, and analytics tools
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools such as Salesforce, Highspot/Showpad, and LCM platforms
- Own the Operation, Configuration, Change Management, feature Roadmap and SLA of the tools, partnering with Global IT teams
- Ensure seamless integration between sales tools and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, finance)
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver content and training through modern platforms
- Partner with IT to manage data governance, security, and compliance across systems
- Drive user adoption through training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor tool performance and usage metrics to inform enhancements and ROI
- Support the definition and rollout of target processes within the Sales TOM
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Salesforce and related sales technologies in a global environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, enablement, and performance metrics
- Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad) and LCM tools (e.g., Seismic, Enable.us)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Experience working in a carve-out, transformation, or high-growth environment is a strong advantage
