Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Functional Expert with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Cash Collection, ideally complemented by knowledge in SAP Treasury. The successful candidate will initially focus on understanding the current setup of Nessie, the SAP solution implemented by Atos, and will actively contribute to the post-Day 1 transformation project aimed at adapting Nessie to better fit Cartier’s product-oriented business model.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the existing SAP Nessie setup and its financial processes.
Analyze business requirements related to FI and Cash Collection and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AR, AP, AA) to meet evolving business needs.
Maintain and optimize solutions for cash collection processes, including dunning, payment terms, and customer credit management.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FI-related issues and Fixed Asset managmeent (SAP AA).
Actively participate in the transformation project to evolve Nessie into a more agile, product-oriented SAP solution aligned with Cartier’s operational model.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Contribute in the Consolidation solution implementation for Cartier and maintain the data exchange with this application
Interlocutor for the vendor invoice management (SAP-AP) and potential invoice dematerialization transformation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI module, with strong exposure to cash collection processes.
Proven experience in SAP configuration and functional design.
Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to SAP transformation or migration projects.
Understanding of product-oriented business models.
