We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect with experience in the design and implementation of data center, communication and security infrastructure to support Enterprise Service Bus integration solutions in large Enterprise environments.

Job location:  Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov, Ploiesti or remote (Romania);

 

Skills:

  • Proven track record in projects with Enterprise Service Bus integration (using any of the following: TIBCO, WSO2. MuleSoft, IBM Message Broker, etc)
  • Experience in mission-critical environments and projects (Energy, Telco) is a major plus.
  • Technical background (graduated);
  • Datacenter & Cloud solutions (hybrid and public) – 3+ years of experience;
  • Experience in designing complex IT solutions;
  • Previous experience in IT Security or Infrastructure Projects;
  • Good knowledge in one or more of the following domains: operating systems (Linux, Windows), virtual platforms (VMware,), network infrastructure (LAN, WAN), SAN and NAS infrastructure, backup/restore (TSM and Veeam), databases (preferable Postgress, MySQL), Containers (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker;
  • Exposure to architectures based on APIs and microservices;
  • Experience / participation in cross-functional, complex projects;
  • Ability to work in an independent manner, with a proactive approach, ability to negotiate and communicate in heterogeneous teams;
  • Ability to understand the business requirements;
  • Result-oriented person, highly organized, with the ability to respect strict deadlines;
  • Project management knowledge, experience in technical leadership roles, leading projects or infrastructure teams (enterprise architecture is a plus);
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) to convey the technical solution to stakeholders, both Romanian and English.

 

Daily main tasks:

  • Develop a robust and secure hardware infrastructure design for business solutions. Participation in physical integration and data link level.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the infrastructure architecture and design necessary to achieve the integration objectives in complex projects.
  • Training of users who manage the IT network and providing assistance in resolving operational incidents of any kind that put pressure on the infrastructure.
  • Development of Gateways for accessing external applications in terms of security and with security policies configured according to the customer requirements;
  • Carrying out post-implementation analyzes regarding the fulfillment of the integration objectives from the point of view of the infrastructure and integration at the physical and data link level, in projects;

 

Must understand and generate the necessary hardware and communications bandwidth infrastructure design to meet business requirements by implementing process integration and optimization solutions.
