Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support high-level business analysis with a particular perspective on analysis business data regarding business process instances to join us at Eviden.

The Business analyst is in charge to identify business capability portfolios and/or themes or specific business needs. The purpose of high-level analysis is to better understand business problems, issues and opportunities for a defined business scope and to propose improvements and/or solutions or operating models. In addition, in support to the high-level analysis and to detailed business analysis, business architecture models are built and maintained to represent the existing situation and/or future-state business scenarios/models.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems & opportunities being able to understand and analyze business change opportunity and deliver a description of the change and business needs.
• Recommend solutions and change strategy by providing a business case.
• Analyze business situation (holistic approach) via Business process, events, information modelling & analysis as per current state description and/or models.
• Define & analyze high-level business requirements.
• Describe & model business architecture enterprise & business areas.

Skills and Qualifications 

• Proven experience in business data analysis with the purpose of obtaining insights about a business that can lead to improved evidence-based decision-making. (Reference knowledge equivalent to IIBA CBDA certification)
• Experience in process mining or open to learn.
• Professional certification in business data analytics would be an advantage (e.g., IIBA CBDA certification).
• Proven experience in business architecture and BA modelling, and business architecture frameworks covering at least the process, information and role perspectives, and preferably decisions and rules. 
• Experience in use of a business architecture modelling repository (Experience in using the ARIS repository preferred).
• Proven experience in business process design using BPMN and information analysis.
• Experience in business decision modelling.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders / subject-matter experts.  
• Good communication skills.
